The subject of the project is revitalisation of the coastal zone of the Vistula in Old Fordon, creating new places for recreation and recreation by the river and improving the aesthetics of the city’s panorama from the Vistula side. Works will be carried out consisting of:-Reconstruction and extension of Promenada Street together with the accompanying infrastructure – underground and aboveground,-Recreational management of the area on the Vistula with the necessary technical infrastructure.The scope of the investment includes: development of project documentation, development of application documentation, construction works, land purchases, supervision and project promotion. The investment will be carried out under sub-measure 6.4.1. Revitalisation of urban areas and their functional areas under the ITI, scheme: Investments in urban regeneration under the ITI. Is compatible with the types of projects envisaged for support under the abovementioned action, i.e.: • type 1: Development of urban spaces, including expansion, overbuilding, reconstruction, modernisation, adaptation, renovation of degraded buildings/buildings together with the development of adjacent surroundings, contributing to the elimination of important social and economic problems in the revitalised area resulting from the local/community revitalisation programme,• type 5: Reconstruction, modernisation of the infrastructure of local roads in order to improve accessibility to the revitalised area, contributing to the elimination of important social and economic problems in the revitalised area resulting from the Municipal Regeneration Programme.The main objective of the project is to increase the socio-economic recovery in the area of Old Fordon in Bydgoszcz, by increasing the aesthetics and functionality of the urban space.
