The main objective of the project is to create 56 nursing facilities in a newly created nursery in Toruń, which will enable legal guardians of children under 3 years from the city of Toruń to return to work (20 people. 18K and 2M), as well as reconciliation of working and private life of people working (36 persons. 34K and 2M) – the objective will be achieved by 31.08.2021. The project concerns type of project no. 1 indicated in the Rules of Procedure, i.e. “Creation of new childcare facilities under the age of 3, including children with disabilities in existing or newly created forms of care provided for by the Act”. The project plans to carry out two substantive tasks: 1. Preparatory work for the launch of the nursery; 2. Taking care of the children in the nursery. The applicant intends to achieve the result and prosuct indicators indicated in Part C.3., i.e.: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of people with disabilities [1 pieces]; Number of places of care for children under the age of 3 [56 pcs]; Number of persons taking care of children under the age of 3 supported in the programme [56 persons]; Number of childcare facilities created for children under the age of 3, which function after completion of the project [56 pcs]. The project will be attended by: 20 unemployed or inactive persons who remain outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children up to 3 years, including those who have terminated their professional career due to childbirth or parental leave within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code and 36 working persons caring for children up to the age of 3.
