Regional SZKOLENIA FUND – development services for SMEs from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship and their employees

The project consists of establishing a system of providing comprehensive development services (diagnostic, training, advisory, post-graduate studies) in order to support the development of enterprises from the SME sector and their employees from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region. As a result, SMEs will be able to receive funding for the purchase of services enabling their development, including in particular in terms of the acquisition or confirmation of staff qualifications, improvement of the business processes or areas of activity, partial or complete change of business profile. The system will operate on the basis of a demand approach, i.e. it will guarantee entrepreneurs the ability to make their own decisions regarding the selection of services available in the Development Services Base (www.uslugirozwojowe.parp.gov.pl) created by PARP. The funding of services will be provided in the refund system combined with the promos and amounts to 50 %. If additional criteria are met, it is possible to increase the support intensity to 80 % (e.g. support for 50+ or low-skilled workers, support for high growth companies and others). In order to provide a comprehensive service of entrepreneurs throughout the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship, mobile support points will be available to ensure the access of advisors/consultants to the places designated by entrepreneurs and the main support point at the TARR headquarters in Toruń. Before using the services, SMEs will be covered by a diagnosis of development needs by advisors. As a result of the project, a minimum of 1455 SMEs from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship will be supported, including 6076 people working in these enterprises (min. 1371 people aged 50+ and at least 3740 low-skilled people), of which 1015 companies will achieve their development goal and 1823 employees (30 % of the supported group) will receive new qualifications or competences.
