OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: by 31.03.2020, improving the functioning of at least 80 % of 346 people (including: 264 persons/138K out of 64 families experiencing care and educational helplessness, 22 persons/17K dependent and 30 persons/15K with disabilities and their families) at risk of poverty or social exclusion in their local environment, living in the Community of the World through personalised measures to facilitate their access to social services. 346 people (185 K and 161 M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including:A.264 persons (138K,126M), including: adults: 104 (64K,40M) and children 160 (74Dz.86Ch) of 64 families experiencing helplessness in caring and educational matters;B.22 dependent persons (17 K and 5M)C.30 people with disabilities (15K and 15M) and members of their families (30os/15K) – participants of the ŚDS for people with mental disorders Care services for 6 dependants and assistance services for 16 people with disabilities.2. Establishment of equipment rental (including care, rehabilitation and medical) necessary to care for dependent persons and persons with disabilities.3. Comprehensive social services programme for 264 people from 64 families and 30 people with disabilities and their families.PRODUCT PRODUCT PRODUCTS:-Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion covered by social services of general interest in the programme: 346.-Number of persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion covered by assisting and caring services provided in the local community in the programme: 22 (17k, 5 m);REZULTATU:-Number of social services supported by the programme after completion of the project: 9 (3 family assistants, 3 caregivers for dependents, 2 AON 1 psychologist).-Number of places created in the program for the provision of assistance and care services existing after the completion of the project: 5 (3 guardians and 2 AONs)
