Increasing the number of places along with improving the quality of educational services in kindergarten facilities in Lubanie commune

As part of the project, actions aimed at improving access to educator in Luban Commune were planned for a diagnosis imaging the deep problems in this area. It included, among others, the needs of education and children’s deficits, needs in terms of teaching base (equipment/infrastructure) and pedagogical staff (analysis of qualifications and professional potential in terms of children’s needs). The diagnosis was carried out in VIII 2016. Increase by 50 pre-school places ensuring individualisation of the pre-school education process in Lubanie commune, extension of the kindergarten’s offer with additional capacity increasing educational opportunities for 100 children from the area of Gm. Lubanie and improving professional qualifications in the field of specialist pedagogy. 1 teacher employed in the Local Government Preschool in Luban until 30.06.2019 (referred to in OSI) Heading the products and results achieved as a result of the project: A. Product indicators: 100 children who will be included in additional activities to increase their educational opportunities in pre-school education; 50 pre-schooling places co-financed in the programme and 1 teacher supported by B. result indicators 1 teacher who will be qualified or will acquire competence. and 50 pre-schooling places, which will function 2 l after receiving ESF funding. Head of the project’s tasks: 1.Creation of new pre-schooling places. (There will be 50 places of educating kindergarten in the newly built kindergarten) 2. The functioning of new places of education pre-school. (for a maximum period of 12 m), 3. Additional activities increasing educational opportunities and equalising diagnosed deficits (selected by needs and deficits), 4. Perfecting skills and qualified teachers. The applicant’s own resources (care and financial inputs – own contribution) and persons and third parties selected in accordance with the procedures in force at the applicant’s place, the participation of which will be necessary for the implementation of the application, will be involved.
