The aim of the project is to acquire, increase or supplement ICT competences and qualifications by 6030 adults from the area of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship.The project is addressed to people from disadvantaged groups on the labour market i.e. who have the biggest competence gap in ICT and who have the most needs in accessing education: low-skilled people, people with disabilities, people over 50 years of age (excluding those doing business).As a result of the project activities, 6030 adults aged 25-67 years will be supported, who, on their own initiative, choose to acquire, increase or supplement their competences or qualifications, including 3618 low-skilled people and 2352 people aged 50 and over.The specificity and wide variety of training in the field of digital competences means that at the beginning of participation in the project potential participants will be subjected to diagnosis. The project will include trainings and courses aimed at acquiring new qualifications as well as complementary and enhancing digital competences. All activities will comply with the Standard Requirements for Digital Competences and will be an opportunity to obtain a certificate confirming the award of new qualifications. The project covers all the framework competences indicated under the Standard Requirements (Annex to the Competition Regulations) in the areas of Information, Communication, Creation of content at any level of advancement.The project will be implemented in the period from 01.01.2018 to 30.06.2023.
