A grant project for the implementation of tasks aimed at improving the socio-occupational activity of 600 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion and 48 people from their environment. The target group has the greatest difficulty in entering the labour market and functioning properly in the local community. It is necessary to provide effective forms of support for these people in the form of, among others, places in community centres, social and professional activities, the creation of youth clubs, the implementation of reciprocity and self-help services or other solutions for organising local communities and social animation. An important objective of the grant project is the socio-occupational activation of excluded people, enabling active social inclusion, as well as a return to the labour market. Implementation of these tasks will improve the ability of project participants to perform social roles and take up employment. At the same time, the grant project provides for actions supporting the development of the social economy and social entrepreneurship through the creation of public-social partnerships, the organisation of initiatives conducive to the development of social economy in the area of the LSR. Period of implementation of the project: 01-01-2018 to 30-06-2023. Total value of the project: 5 635 294,19 PLN. The value of the co-financing (85 %) is PLN 4 790 000.00. Main indicators to be achieved for people at risk of poverty or social exclusion: social efficiency: 168 people, employment efficiency: 24 people, number of jobseekers after leaving the project: 44 people, number of people working after leaving the project: 24 persons, number of persons who have increased the calibration or competence after leaving the programme: 87 people, number of people with increased social activity – 277 people.
