Fida 2017 – Promoting integration on the German labour market for people of Romanian and Bulgarian origin. Improving equal participation and equal participation in the labour, training and housing markets.

The project offers JOBLINGE participants with coronavirus-related additional needs intensive support for problems and burdens caused by the pandemic, especially in the process of finding training places and during training.

Together with the Neighbourhood Assistance, we want to develop the place into a “caring community”. We rely on a lively civic participation process, especially involving senior citizens and people with a migrant background.

The aim of our project is to support and promote people who are at risk of poverty and exclusion and who have experienced particular disadvantages due to the coronavirus crisis.

The planned project is aimed at disadvantaged young women and men, e.g. with a migrant or refugee background from rural areas affected by the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic in their professional integration.

With the project, we want to achieve that the best-practise example of the health controllers of the Baden-Württemberg Foundation for Health Prevention is adapted and consolidated to the economic region of Heilbronn-Franken.
