Increasing the quality of life by stepping up the support for disadvantaged/marginalised persons, by providing food and hot meals in the form of electronic social vouchers, in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Order No 63 of 9 May 2022 on certain temporary measures to provide material support to categories of persons at risk of material deprivation and/or risk of extreme poverty, partly supported by non-reimbursable external funds, and certain measures for its distribution, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
