EUROPEAN VENTURE CAPITAL CHARLEROI (EVCC) è destinato ad attuare vari strumenti finanziari per le PMI nel suo settore di attività, vale a dire i distretti di Thuin e Charleroi, oltre ai comuni della regione del Centro, vale a dire Estinnes, Binche, Morlanwelz, Anderlues, Chapelle-Lez-Herlaimont, Manage, Seneffe, La Louvière, Le Roeulx, Soignies, Ecaussines e Braine-le-Comte.
