O principal objetivo do projeto é melhorar a acessibilidade dos transportes da parte sul da voivodia da Subcarpácia, em especial da região do Parque Nacional de Bieszczady, no tráfego rodoviário. A execução do projeto contribuirá igualmente para melhorar a comunicação entre o distrito de Leskie e o resto da região da Subcarpácia, aumentando assim o nível de acessibilidade e a coesão da comunicação da região. O projeto tem por objeto a reconstrução/expansão da estrada n.o 895 do Voivodato no troço Solina – Myczków entre o km 10+ 086,70 e o km 16 + 215,51. O âmbito do investimento inclui, nomeadamente: – reconstruction/extension of a section of the provincial road with a total length of 6.13 km, – extension/reconstruction of 2 intersections with minor roads together with the replacement of the surface of the minor roads within the intersections,- the extension of the bridge structure on the San River (most M1), the construction of a small bridge over the stream without a name (bridge M2), construction/reconstruction of 5 culverts,- construction and reconstruction of pavements,- reconstruction of four bus bays, extension of the bus bay (loop) including designation of the location of 3 bus stops – reconstruction of an existing parking lot,- reconstruction/construction of exits, – drainage of the road,- making security of landslides to the extent necessary,- strengthening the shores and bottoms of watercourses to the required extent,- strengthening the slopes,- rebuilding/protection of the network of armaments of the area conflicting with the rebuilt/extended regional road,- reconstruction/construction of street lighting,- construction of technological channel,- construction of environmental protection devices within the scope indicated in the environmental decision,- execution of vertical and horizontal markings and road safety devices.- construction/reconstruction of technical equipment of the road,- other works of a preparatory, auxiliary and orderly nature.Basic parameters of the road covered by this investment: classe rodoviária: Z para a reconstrução e G para a extensão, categoria de tráfego KR3, carga admissível dos veículos – 115 kN/eixo.
