O objetivo do projeto é a reabilitação e doação do edifício da Escola Secundária Tecnológica de Ioan Ossian, parte do campus escolar de Ioan Ossian, que inclui além deste edifício e do edifício da escola secundária (onde são realizados os cursos teóricos), outra casa, o edifício do laboratório, a cantina, o pavilhão desportivo e os anexos necessários para realizar a atividade (sera, central térmica, crescimento, etc.) Na direção deste objetivo a cidade de Simleu Silvaniei recorreu às seguintes ações: em 2014, a Estratégia Local de Desenvolvimento Sustentável de Simleu Silvaniei para 2014-2020 e o Plano de Ação Local para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável de Simpleul Silvaniei para 2014-2020 foram aprovados pelo HCL 60/28.8.2014. Mencionamos que as áreas de formação profissional autorizadas na Escola Secundária Tecnológica de Ioan Ossian (recursos naturais e proteção ambiental – agricultura, serviços económicos (técnico em atividades económicas) – em húngaro, Mecânica – mecânica automóvel, Alimentação Pública e Turismo – Alimentação Pública são áreas de interesse ultimamente, especialmente devido à crescente procura de técnicos qualificados nos domínios agrícola, Automóvel e serviços, (áreas identificadas como prioritárias no âmbito da Estratégia Nacional de Competitividade) O projeto também está em consonância e com o objetivo geral do 10.2 “Aumentar o grau de participação no ensino profissional e técnico e na aprendizagem ao longo da vida”, contribuindo para a concretização das condições para uma formação profissional de qualidade e relevante para as necessidades do mercado de trabalho, adaptada às exigências específicas dos setores económicos. Garantir um alojamento digno permitirá atrair um número crescente de estudantes de outras localidades para o ensino técnico e profissional (contribuindo para aumentar a taxa de participação dos estudantes no ensino profissional e técnico), bem como reduzir o abandono escolar.
