The actions to improve the energy efficiency of this operation in the buildings of the Department of Universal Health and Public Health are addressed through the execution of three phases:_x000D_ _x000D_ A) Energy services to assess the current situation, proposed energy saving measures and implementation of a homogeneous and comprehensive energy management system._x000D_ _x000D_ B) Installation of devices for measuring and controlling installations to enable them to know and optimise the energy consumption of the buildings under the Department of Universal Health and Public Health that are most relevant (hospitals, health centres, specialised centres and integrated services, mainly)._x000D_ _x000D_ C) Verification of energy savings achieved and evaluation-comparison of all buildings with a centralised data analysis service.
