Gm.Bytów[GB]runs 6 elementary schools[SP]:SP No. 1,2,5 in Bytów and SP in Pomysku Wielkopolski, in Gostków and in Niezabyszewo with a branch in Rekowo.Students[U] with 5SP GB achieve results from ex. 8 grades below the average of the province (all SP except SP 2).The worst results are from ex. z j.ang.(average result by 24% lower that the average of the province) and mathematics (all 5SP with a result lower than the average of the province), and Polish also below expectations-data 2023,OKE Gdańsk.The above significantly affects the further stages of education U (limits their choice of school for the next stage), and then their future performance on the labour market.Only 3% of graduates in / above 5SP GB from 2022/3(own GB data)continue learning outside of the school. The analysis of the above-mentioned 5SP shows that the reasons for the above-mentioned condition can be seen in:1)too few classes[ZAJ] ed.-examination subjects, in particular for U with SPE and lower academic results-significant in view of the high percentage of U with SPE in 5SP GB;2)too small number and types of ZAJ in SP developing comp.compact[KK]of STREAM sciences-in the era of globalization and knowledge-based KK are necessary for self-realization, development, employment; in SP GB in 2014-20 was not implemented.
