O projecto consiste na construção do anel viário de Sanok na estrada nacional n.o 28 com parâmetros da estrada da classe GP com um comprimento de 6,70 km. O projeto da estrada circular de Sanoka está localizado no território da cidade de Sanok e na parte inicial do município de Sanok, no condado de Sanok. Na estrada circular de Sanok projetada, a estrada nacional n.o 28 proporciona uma secção transversal de duas faixas com uma faixa alternada adicional para ultrapassagens com um traçado de 2 + 1, com uma faixa que separa as direções opostas do tráfego. Os cruzamentos concebidos no âmbito deste investimento permitem uma comunicação e distribuição seguras do tráfego no resto da rede rodoviária e a exploração do terreno adjacente através da rede rodoviária de acesso.
