Cilj projekta je spodbujati izboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti v stavbi Univerze v Latviji, Mazā Lubānas iela 11, Riga.1), pri čemer načrtovani prihranki toplotne energije po izvedbi projekta niso manjši od 294,63 MWh/leto (40,27 %/leto); 2) načrtovana poraba toplote za ogrevanje po izvedbi projekta ne bo presegla 51,18 kWh/m² na leto;3) načrtovano zmanjšanje emisij CO2 87 024 kg/leto; Skupni upravičeni stroški projekta 955 704,38 EUR, vključno s podporo Evropskega sklada za regionalni razvoj 85 % ali 812 348,72 EUR in državnim proračunom 15 % ali 143 355,66 EUR.V skladu z energetskim pregledom in tehničnim pregledom stavbe se načrtuje izvajanje naslednjih ukrepov za izboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti v stavbah building:1.Based:-Izolacija fasade z uporabo pristopa hiše; — Zamenjava zapornih polnil;-izolacija opečnih palač; —Izolacija oken od zunaj po obodu, tudi pod okenskimi policami (kjer je to fizično mogoče); – Zamenjava kletnih oken s PVC okni s steklenim paketom s selektivnim.
