Splošni cilj projekta je podaljšati pričakovano življenjsko dobo in se boriti proti boleznim, povezanim s staranjem in umrljivostjo otrok, z izboljšanjem ravni usposobljenosti zdravstvenih delavcev z integriranimi strategijami in mutidisciplinarnimi kompetencami.
