Projekt je sestavljen iz gradnje hitre ceste odseka S7. Miechów – Szczepanowice v dolžini 5,316 km, ki se nahaja v celovitem omrežju TEN-T. Naložba se nahaja v severnem delu Malopoljskega vojvodstva v okrožju Miechów v občini Miechów, v mestu Miechów ter v mestih Bukowska Wola, Wymysłów, Parkoszowice, Poradów in Szczepanowice. Začetek investicije se začne tik za križiščem Miechów v km 622 + 185,00 in konča v km 627 + 501,46 pred križiščem Szczepanowice. Obseg naložbe: Zadevna naložba predvideva dvodnevni prečni prerez z dvema voznima pasovoma in zasilnim pasom. V okviru projekta je načrtovana gradnja inženirskih objektov in cestnih prevlek, ki so tudi prehodi za živali. Načrtuje se gradnja dovoznih cest, drenažnega sistema za deževnico skupaj z gradnjo kanalizacijskih in drenažnih jarkov za deževnico ter naprav za čiščenje deževnice. Predvideva se, da bo zgradil razsvetljavo in obnovil nasprotujoče si mreže kopenske oborožitve. Namestitev akustičnih zaslonov bo zagotovila zaščito pred hrupom. Za izvedbo projekta bo potrebna izgradnja in rekonstrukcija infrastrukturnih elementov za pešce in kolesarje. Celoten projekt bo dopolnjen z varnostjo v cestnem prometu in organizacijsko opremo, ki bo poleg energetsko intenzivnih ovir vključevala tudi zaslone proti bleščanju, ograje za pešce ter elemente vertikalnih in horizontalnih oznak, pa tudi sistem za upravljanje prometa. Cilji projekta: - increasing mobility by creating a safe section of the express road route forming part of the trans-European TEN-T network corridor, ensuring high-speed long-distance road traffic comfort for travellers, improving the transport accessibility of Poland and interregional connections on the TEN-T network, - increasing accessibility to the trans-European TEN-T network corridor and improving the quality of internal communication links, - improving the efficiency of road transport and ensuring the free movement of people, goods, capital, services, affecting the growth of the EU's external competitiveness and internal economic, social and territorial cohesion, - adapting the technical and usage parameters of the road to the forecast level of traffic, by eliminating bottlenecks and filling missing road infrastructure elements, in a way that improves the capacity and traffic conditions in the transport corridor, - relieving congestion and improving the living conditions of residents of building areas adjacent to existing transport solutions, - improving transit traffic on the existing transport corridor and increasing the level of user safety in order to maintain the interoperability of the transport infrastructure created, by adapting the road to the applicable legal provisions for ‘S’ class roads, - increasing the mobility of people and goods within interregional exchanges and beyond the borders of the province, - preventing transport exclusion through the implementation of high-standard road connections, - implementing transport infrastructure resistant to climate change and striving to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by implementing road routes on the TEN-T network.
