Projekt je sestavljen iz izvajanja celostnega programa WSSP v Lublinu, ki obsega 3 module:1)modul izobraževalnih programov (začetek 2 novih področij izobraževanja in 1 nova specializacija);2)modul izboljševanja kompetenc (izvajanje programa certificiranega usposabljanja in mehke podpore;3) modul upravljanja v visokošolskih ustanovah (izvajanje programa usposabljanja za pedagoško osebje in menedžment/upravno podporo). Projekt bo podprlo 330 univerzitetnih študentov (vključno s 180 novimi študenti in 150 trenutno izobraženimi) ter 50 predstavnikov vodstvenega in administrativnega osebja WSSP. Izvajanje projekta bo okrepilo kakovost izobraževanja na univerzi in pripravilo študente, da vstopijo na trg dela na celovit način. Študenti bodo vključeni v nove smeri izobraževanja/nova specialiteta, kot tudi podporo v obliki certificiranega usposabljanja/mehko kompetenčnega podpornega programa.
