SUPERIOR TECHNICIAN FOR CATERING AND THE VALORISATION OF TERRITORIAL PRODUCTS AND TYPICAL PRODUCTS

THE ROUTE AIMS TO TRAIN A JOB THAT IS ABLE TO WORK BOTH ON THE PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY OF SERVICES AND ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE RESOURCES AND CULTURE OF THE AREA. IN PARTICULAR, THE TECHNICAL OUTPUT OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS WILL BE ABLE, ON THE BASIS OF A THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREA AND ITS LAWS, TO CONVERT TYPICAL PRODUCTS INTO THE DISHES OF THE REGIONAL TRADITION, COMBINING THE BEST AVAILABLE WINE PRODUCTION METHODS, AND PROMOTING AND PROMOTING REGIONAL PRODUCTS THROUGH WEB STRATEGIES FOR COMMUNICATION AND THE USE OF MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES.
