Increasing the level of medical prevention and quality of life, of pupils and teachers from the state pre-university education units subordinated and the administration of the Local Council of Sector 4 of Bucharest, by equipping the necessary equipment to strengthen the capacity to manage the COVID-19 health crisis and to prevent in a timely and efficient manner the extension of the current pandemic.
