INCLUSIONAL ENTREPRENEURS FOR SHORT CIRCUMSTANCES OF BIOSOLID BOULANGERIES

The project led by Bou’Sol is dedicated to organic food sovereignty in short supply chains and the exercise of the human right to healthy food of the highest quality for all. The objective of the project is to develop in 3 territories in PACA models of support for entrepreneurship and integration through employment in support of inclusive organic cereals / flour / bread sectors in urban short circuit in the context of 3 PTCE (Territorial Economic Cooperation Poles) and 3 PAT (Territorial Food Projects).
