The project fits into the type [construction and modernisation of the smart electricity grid at all voltage levels (code 053)]. Benefits: increasing the energy efficiency of e.e. transmission/distribution, improving the conditions for the development of electromobility and increasing the level of reliability of e.e. supplies. The project implements smart grid functionalities, contributes to the development of RES and electro-mobility, gives opportunities to build energy communities including clusters / energy cooperatives by strengthening network infrastructure and increasing the potential for new users. The project also provides for educational and information and promotion activities to raise citizens' awareness and guarantee the right to access information and knowledge. The support is aimed at the construction, reconstruction/modernization of power lines at all voltage levels, power stations for the possibility of better integration of RES into the network. The implementation of the project will enable: additional capacity of new sources of renewable energy, development of electro-mobility, improvement of energy efficiency of e.e. distribution (reduction of network losses, implementation of smart grid functionalities contributing to the development of renewable energy sources, improvement of security of supply, greater resilience to changing climatic conditions and aesthetics of space, reduction of CO2 emissions from energy). The financial scope includes direct costs of construction works, information and publicity costs and indirect costs settled on a flat-rate basis (up to 7% of the quarter). The aim of the project is to develop smart electricity grids within the Branch’s area of activity to increase the region’s energy security. Product (length of built networks 36.33 km, length of upgraded networks 10.05 km, digital management systems for intelligent energy systems 1 pc), result (new users connected to intelligent energy systems in the year 1053 pc). The project will be implemented within the scope specified in the application, in accordance with the Grant Agreement, with due diligence in accordance with the (n+2) principle. The entity managing the created infrastructure will be the applicant. The project has a shelf life of 5 years. The project contributes to the implementation of the PEP2040 policy, provides for 11 tasks, including 9 investment tasks and tasks related to the promotion of the project and incurring indirect costs. Investment tasks: 1 WN/SN Wolbórz station – modernisation of WN and SN switchgear, 2 Reconstruction of 110/15/6kV Boruta station, 3 Reconstruction of 110/15/6kV Śródmieście station – stage 2, 4 WN/SN Żelechlinek station – construction of the station, 5 110kV line to 110/15kV Żelechlinek station – construction of a double-track line, 6 Reconstruction of 110kV overhead line from Łowicz 1 station to Łowicz 2, 7 Reconstruction of 110kV Sochaczew – Łowicz 1 line – stage 2, 8 110kV Sławno – Sulejów line – construction of a new line, 9 Modernisation of 110kV switchgear and construction of a linear field at 110/15kV GPZ Boryszew power station. Promotional and informational tasks include, among others, information boards, information and education campaign on the website, press conference at the end of the project. Contracts with contractors have been concluded for investment tasks. For tasks: 1-5 and 7.9 PnB decisions were collected (and for task 7 additional notification of works). Task 6 covered by the notifications of construction works (there are certificates that there are no grounds to object to the notifications). For task 8, obtaining PnB is planned until 31.12.2024. For tasks 3,5,7,8,9 there are environmental decisions, for tasks 1,2,4,6 obtaining an environmental decision is not required. For Task 8 only, there is no PnB.
