The subject of the Project is the construction of a transformer station 110/15 kV Krasnosielc and the reconstruction of a transformer station 110/15 kV Wyszków, in accordance with the applicable standards of PGE Dystrybucja. The implementation of the Project results directly from the needs identified by the Applicant in the process of infrastructure operation. The project consists of two investment tasks, which were included in the list of projects of strategic importance for the socio-economic development of regions, agreed by the DSO with the voivodships of Eastern Poland, based on development priorities included in the voivodship development strategies (Indicative list of FEPW projects, items 28 and 33). The project will result in the expansion of smart electricity grids, which will increase the possibility of connecting RES sources without reducing the parameters of the supplied energy: a) the functionality of monitoring and visualization of the load in real time; b) active and reactive power flow control functionality (including control of distributed sources and reactive power compensators); c) functionality of automatic control of voltage level and reactive power level on the bus; the functionality of distribution network planning taking into account the flexibility of distributed energy resources; e) functionality of automatic delivery of system services (including voltage, frequency and reactive power control); f) power distribution optimisation functionality (local or remote); g) functionality of aggregation of distributed source management; h) real-time load measurement functionality with visualization; As a result of the investment, the efficiency of the distribution system will be improved and the reliability of the network will be increased by minimizing the risk of failures and interruptions in the supply of energy. Construction of the 110/15 kV Krasnosielc substation - the area of the 110/15 kV Krasnosielc substation investment will be developed: overhead switchgear 110/15kV; a technical building; accompanying infrastructure; internal roads and pavements; fence of the area. Reconstruction of the 110/15 kV Wyszków substation - the planned project consists in the demolition and expansion of the existing 110/15 kV Wyszków substation. The project includes the demolition of 110/15 kV overhead switchgear along with power equipment on supporting structures and foundations. Information on how to implement the activities in the project, a description of the planned information and promotion activities, the impact of the project on the development of entrepreneurship and on the development of zero-emission transport are described further in the application and in the feasibility study.
