The subject of the Project is the reconstruction of three GPZs: 1.Reconstruction of the Equestrian Old Mill GPZ: The area covered by the development is developed with 110 kV overhead switchgear, two technical buildings and two utility buildings, 15/0.4 kV energy infrastructure equipment, WN overhead lines and the infrastructure accompanying the 110/15 kV Końskie power station. Station 110/15 kV GPZ Końskie, is connected by overhead 110 kV lines with Polmo and Stąporków stations The planned project consists in the demolition and expansion of the existing power station 110/15 kV Końskie with accompanying infrastructure, located in Końskie on geod. no. 6271/1, 6721/2, 6271/3, rev. 0003. The scope of work will include the demolition of two technical buildings and two outbuildings, the construction of a technical building and the expansion of the 110/15 kV power station. The result of the reconstruction will be, among others, new basic elements of the station, i.e. 110 kV switchgear, 15 kV switchgear, 110/15 kV power transformer stations, compensation teams stations. 2. Reconstruction of GPZ Kielce East: The scope includes redevelopment of primary circuits of 15 kV high voltage switchgear devices. In the 110/15kV Kielce Wschód station, an internal 36-field 15 kV switchgear will be installed. The 15 kV switchgear will be made as a 2-section, with a single busbar layout, sectioned switch. The switchgear should be made as a free-standing in a two-row setting. All switchgear fields, except clutch fields, will be made as cable. The connection of both sections of the switchgear will be made with a hooded rail bridge provided by the switchgear manufacturer. 3. Reconstruction of Kazimierz Wielka's GPZ: The planned project consists in the demolition and expansion of the existing 110/15 kV power station of Kazimierz Wielka along with the accompanying infrastructure. In the area covered by this investment there are: overhead switchgear 110 kV, switchgear building SN, technical building, two transformer stations for own needs 15 kV, two capacitor stations 15 kV, fire shelter, cable ducts, internal road and terrain hardening and technical infrastructure. The investments were included in the list of projects of strategic importance for the socio-economic development of the regions, agreed by the DSO with the voivodships of Eastern Poland, based on the development priorities included in the voivodship development strategies (Indicative list of FEPW projects, items 107, 110 and 111). Information on how to implement activities in the project, a description of planned information and promotion activities, technical readiness of the project to be implemented, obtaining smart functionality in connection with the implemented project, the impact of the project on the development of entrepreneurship and on the development of zero-emission transport are described later in the application and in the feasibility study.
