The overall objective of the project is to increase in-depth energy efficiency for residential buildings in Sector 4 of Bucharest and improve the living conditions of their tenants, promoting a more resource-efficient, greener, more competitive economy through smart energy management, under the conditions of sustainable development. The in-depth energy efficiency measures for residential buildings/buildings aim to improve the living conditions of the population by: - Improvement of indoor comfort conditions; - Reducing energy consumption; - Reducing maintenance costs for heating and domestic hot water consumption; - Reducing pollutant emissions from energy production, transport and consumption.
